The production of petri dishes requires maximum precision and productivity combined with minimum cycle times. All components, from bottom base to top cover, are produced in a stack mould and removed by a fast side-entry removal device. The dishes are provided with their covers, stacked and packaged in-line.

Produced in one process: the hoses are cut to size, fed into the injection moulding machine, the plastic connectors are injected onto the ends, then the o-rings are mounted and inspected for leakages before the finished hoses are bundled together.
